RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are not happy, we're not happy! If you purchased an item on the Airblaster online store and would like to return it or exchange it please follow the directions below.
*International Orders are not available for Return or Exchange with an exception for orders shipping to Canada*
First, please read our return and exchange policy:
- All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns and exchanges must be unworn, clean, undamaged, and have the original tags on the garment. If garments are returned in used condition, they will be sent back to you without a refund.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
-For exchanges, once our warehouse receives the returned item, processing time is required to inspect and ensure the item can be returned to inventory. Once inspected, the exchange order will be released for shipment.
Exceptions to Airblaster's return policy
-Items that have been washed, worn, altered, have removed tags, or have pet hair cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
-Ninja Suits without original packaging cannot be returned for refund or exchange
-Orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale Only, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Domestic Return and Exchange Fees
- Refunds to original form of payment incur a $12 restocking fee per order
- Exchanges incur a $10 restocking fee, the exchange order will ship free of charge
- Returns for store credit incur a $10 restocking fee
